WeatherTech Trademarks

WeatherTech’s Trademark Usage Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) are designed to help you understand how to properly use our trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively, "Marks"). By using any of our Marks, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.

Trademark List

A list of our Marks is available here: https://macneil-ip.com/. The absence of a product name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of WeatherTech’s trademark and other intellectual property rights concerning such Mark(s).

Permissible Use

You may use our Marks solely to refer to our products or services in a truthful and non-misleading manner. This includes in product reviews and in news articles.

Prohibited Use:

You may not use our Marks in any way that:

Suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with WeatherTech without our express written permission;
Disparages or harms the reputation of WeatherTech or its products or services; or
Is misleading, deceptive or false

Logo Usage

Use of our logos is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from WeatherTech. To request permission and further details around rules of use, please contact us at [email protected].

When permission is granted, do not alter the logos in any way, including changing colors, proportions or adding elements
Note: In reviews and news articles including pictures of WeatherTech products or product packaging where WeatherTech logos are shown, permission is not required to show such logos, provided that the use is compliant with all other provisions of these Guidelines.

Trademark Symbols

Always use the appropriate trademark symbols (® or ™) as shown at https://macneil-ip.com/ with our Marks. The first reference to a Mark should include the appropriate symbol, and it is recommended to use the symbol in subsequent references as well.

Ownership Acknowledgment

Include a statement acknowledging WeatherTech’s ownership of its Marks as set forth below:

“WeatherTech and its product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of MacNeil IP LLC and are exclusively licensed to WeatherTech Direct, LLC.”

Disclaimer

If applicable, include a disclaimer clarifying the relationship between your use of the Marks and WeatherTech. For example:

"This [website] is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by [WeatherTech]."

Requesting Permission

If you wish to use our Marks in a manner not covered by these Guidelines, please contact us at [email protected] to request permission. Please provide detailed information about the intended use, including the context, medium and duration of use.

Enforcement

WeatherTech reserves the right to take action against any use of its Marks that does not comply with these Guidelines or infringes on our intellectual property rights. This may include legal action or requesting the removal of the infringing material.

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Please review them regularly to ensure compliance. The latest version will always be available on our website.
